The Parker School ohana recently filled the school’s front lawn for its annual fall barbecue. Kindergarten through 12th grade students and their families, teachers, administrators, staff and board members gathered for this annual event.

Highlights included the high school debate team’s school logoed scarves fundraiser and an interactive art project with paint and a spinning wheel thanks to art teacher Heidi Buscher. School-logoed apparel was also available with proceeds supporting the school’s athletic department. Additionally, young students waited for their turn in a bounce house sponsored by the school’s Parent Teacher Student Ohana, which also ran a cake walk, similar to musical chairs with the winner choosing a dessert to take home.
