HONOLULU (AP) — The Hawaii Department of Health is warning people to keep out of the water in Mamala Bay, on Oahu’s south side, due to a large sewage spill.

Hawaii News Now reports (http://bit.ly/1FKPfKg ) that Naval Facilities Engineering Command says about 230,000 gallons of partially treated wastewater spilled into the bay on Sunday after an equipment failure.
