No tsunami was triggered by a magnitude-7.3 earthquake in Vanuatu, the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center reported.
The earthquake was recorded at 11:52 a.m. Tuesday, the center said. Based on all available data, a destructive Pacific-wide tsunami was not generated, and there is no threat to Hawaii.
