A man is out on bond after allegedly kidnapping a woman on Friday, injuring another person and making threats.

Anthony Issei Makahanaloa, 22, Kailua-Kona, is charged with first-degree sexual assault, kidnapping, second-degree assault, two counts of family abuse and two counts of terroristic threatening.

He was arrested Friday, according to the police log.

Police spokesman Chris Loos directed questions about the charges to the Juvenile Aid Section on Tuesday.

A message left with Lt. Gilbert Gaspar was not returned by press time.

Makahanaloa was out on $30,000 bond, Loos said.
