Several Kona coffee farmers received honors in a judged tasting during the recent Coffee and Art Stroll in Holualoa.
Chefs Morgan Starr of Mi’s Bistro, Haley Archbald from Holuakoa Cafe and Chef Forrest from Lava Java judged 37 farms that entered 100 percent Kona coffee.
The winning farms were Hala Tree Farm, Three Keiki Farm, Sugar Kona Coffee Farm, Blue Corner Coffee, Mr. Bean Kona Coffee, Kanalani Ohana Farm and Holualoa Organics.
The awards are presented by Kona Coffee Farmers Association.
