North Kohala Public Library is accepting book and media donations in anticipation of the annual Friends of North Kohala Library Book and Bake Sale on March 19. The sale will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Kohala High School cafeteria.
Books, videos, CDs, and DVDs in good condition may be dropped off at the library during open hours. Encyclopedias will not be accepted and any textbooks must have been published within the past 10 years.
The library is open noon to 8 p.m. Monday; 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday; and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays.
Donations are tax deductible. Library staff can provide receipts for tax purposes when the materials are delivered to the library.
