Arrogance of government workers not good

First of all, I am writing this letter because of the extreme arrogance many government workers have shown me as of late. Secondly, I must admit that there are great government employees, but they seem to be far and few between. What gets me is that many arrogant government workers feel they are the economic engine of this so called capitalist system in so called “paradise” which is totally retarded. It is the oh so important precious private sector in Hawaii’s capitalist system which is the real economic engine and not government.

It is no surprise that Hawaii is one of the least business friendly areas in the universe. This is a fact due to the humongous size of government in Hawaii which must downsize. Even prestigious Forbes magazine called the modern day 50th state the “Republic of Hawaii” and deservedly so. The great Bible preaches “Thou shall not steal.” It was through the illegal overthrow of the Hawaiian Monarchy that the sacred lands of Hawaii were stolen from the Kanaka Maoli. I am proud not to be a government employee because that would make me guilty of stealing and breaking an important Bible commandment.

Again, I am writing this letter because of the extreme arrogance which many government workers have showed me as of late. God bless those who toil in the private sector and are doing a fine job running Hawaii’s economy. Word to the wise in so called “paradise”: cut tax rates for the private sector workers who are the real economic engine and heroes of Hawaii. Many have told me this is wishful thinking in this satanic system. Enough said!

Community shines during tragedy

On Monday, Feb. 8, there was a tragic drowning at the “End of the World” in Kona. I was able to assist by offering support to the victim’s girlfriend on shore. It was during this time that I was able to witness the Hawaii Police Department, Hawaii Fire Department and the U.S. Coast Guard performing their individual duties. The level of professionalism, compassion, teamwork and care that was rendered makes me proud to part of this community. It is comforting to know that should I ever need assistance, we have the best support available. Mahalo for your dedication.
