Big Island police are searching for a 47-year-old Kona man who is wanted for sexual assault, abuse and assault.
Ken Starr is described as 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 240 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair, according to the Hawaii Police Department. He has no permanent address but frequents the Kailua-Kona area.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call the department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311.
