UPDATE: Police said Tuesday they have located James Forrest, 44, of Kailua-Kona. He turned himself in to police at 6 p.m. Monday and was arrested and charged with contempt of court.

Police are looking for a man wanted on a contempt of court warrant, and for questioning in an abuse and sexual assault investigation.

James Forrest, 44, of Kailua-Kona, is described as Caucasian, 5 feet 7 inches, weighing 180 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call the Hawaii Police Department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311.
