During the month of April, the Firehouse Gallery in Waimea will exhibit a colorful artistic showcase “Madame Pele — Earth, Wind & Fire.”

The exhibit will feature fine art photography by Fiona Dempster, Isanna Erlenback, Bernt Grundseth, Susan Harris and Barbara Schaefer. Original artwork and prints by other local artists featuring volcanoes, Hawaiian Island landscapes, clouds, and rainbows will also be displayed.

The gallery will also be hosting small solo local artist creations. Featured artists include Dempster, and painters Linda Hostalek, Corey Humphrey and Irina Place. These four artists will display work from their individual portfolios.

The gallery, located at 67-1201 Mamalahoa Highway, is open 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday through Friday and Sunday, and from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturdays.
