Kindergartners from Holualoa Elementary School got the chance to spend the morning with the big kids at West Hawaii Explorations Academy who lead tours around the campus.

The shark tank was a resounding favorite and the keiki were delighted when given the chance to hold sea cucumber and sea urchins. After touring the gardens and aquaculture tanks, they were treated to a puppet show highlighting the danger posed to marine creatures from discarded plastics in the ocean.
