Kona Coffee farmers vied for the titles of Chef’s Choice and People’s Choice at the Cream of the Crop event Saturday at the Sheraton Kona Resort and Spa at Keauhou Bay.
Along with 100 percent Kona coffee, coffee based desserts were judged by a panel of professional chefs in categories including Estate, Open, Professional Dessert and Amateur Dessert.
The event was sponsored by the Kona Coffee Council.
