Puna man sought by police on two warrants, for questioning

Police are looking for Floyd Edgar Chapman, who is wanted on two warrants alleging contempt of court and questioning in other cases.

The 46-year-old Puna resident is 5-foot-9, weighing 196 pounds with brown hair. He may have a beard and mustache.

The cases he is sought on are ID theft and criminal property investigations.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311 or Detective Wendall Carter at 961-2378.
