Big Island police searching for three wanted residents

Hawaii Island police are seeking the public’s help locating two men and a woman who are wanted for various violations.

Joseph Paul Branco, 30, of Ainaloa, Puna, also known as JP Branco, is wanted on a warrant for violating release on bail as well as questioning in an unrelated case. He is described as 5-foot-7, 140 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair, according to the Hawaii Police Department.

Floyd Edgar Chapman, 46, of Puna, is wanted for probation revocation and two counts of contempt of court. He is also wanted for questioning in connection with ID theft and criminal property damage cases. He is described as 5-foot-9, 196 pounds with brown hair. He may have a beard and mustache.

Also sought is a 34-year-old Hilo woman wanted on two warrants for violating release on bail. Chanel Mariani is also wanted for questioning in an unrelated case. She is described as 5-foot-6, 142 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair, according to police. Hawaii Island police are renewing their request for information about a 46-year-old Puna man wanted on three warrants.
