Chair Yoga from 9:30-10:15 a.m. every Friday, with Michiko Sato. This class is for those who need a gentle and slow yoga-in-a-chair practice. The movements are designed to stretch and strengthen the body without standing or lying on the mat, and may include some easy standing poses behind the chair.

Scrabble Meetup from 1:30-4 p.m. every Friday with Annabel Spielman. Word lovers of every age and skill level are encouraged to play this classic game with relaxed rules; dictionary use permitted. It’s a way to retain and expand vocabulary, spelling, memory and observation skills in a congenial atmosphere.

Advanced Ukulele from 9:30-11 a.m. every Tuesday with Aunty Marjie Spencer. Join other experienced players of all ages to learn more about the ukulele through friendship and song. Bring a ukulele, and an iPAD or laptop with ForScore or Unreal Book app installed to share songs.

Tutu’s House Writers’ Support Group from 10 a.m.-noon every Tuesday. Creative writing offers ways to express emotions, explore philosophical concepts and expand intellectually. New writers to published authors are welcome with many genres: fiction, non-fiction, essays and poetry. Read, listen and give feedback, when requested.

Knitting &Knitting Support from 12:30-3 p.m. every Tuesday with Gretchen Geisler, lifetime knitter. This class is for ages 10 to adult and all skill levels. Bring projects, get knitting questions answered and visit with other knitters. Beginners will be guided into a suitable project.
