Results of the American Contract Bridge Club for August have been announced.
Aug. 1: First place went to Dean Jenkins and Craig Ross; second, Kathy Golitzen and Peter Mitchell.
Aug. 3: North/south first place winners were Craig Ross and Dean Jenkins. Joan Shepherd and Sara Ito came in second. East/west first place winners were Kathy Golitzen and Dee Overton; second, Chuck Clark and Jim Elstran.
Aug. 4: Sue Kaneta and Jim Elstran took first while Shirley Decker and Gail Mullen came in second.
Aug. 8: Dean Jenkins and Craig Ross came in first. Gerald Mitchell and Shirley Decker came in second.
Aug. 10: North/south first place winners were Craig Ross and Shirley Decker; second, Sue Kaneta and Polly Beynon. East/west first place winners were Dee Overton and Kathy Golitzen. Lynn Puri and Gail Mullen came in second.
Aug. 11: Chuck Clark and Craig Ross came in first place, Shirley Decker and Gail Mullen took second.
Aug. 15: Butchie Hayward and Jim Elstran took first. Shirley Decker and Gerald Mitchell came in second.
Aug. 17: North/south first place went to Dan Sabo and Rexanne Ring. Kathy Golitzen and Dee Overton came in second. East/west first place winners were Dean Jenkins and Craig Ross. John Gamble and Laura Gamble came in second.
Aug. 18: Alice Goo and Lynn Puri won first place. Chuck Clark and Gail Hadovsky took second.
Aug. 22: Jim Elstran and Gail Hadovsky came in first. Mike Folkert and JoAn Hill won second.
Aug. 24: North/south first place winners were Stuart Vance and Peter Mitchell. Dean Jenkins and Richard Gittelman came in second. East/west first place winners were Jim Elstran and Chuck Clark. Jane Larson and Tom Larson came in second.
Aug. 25: Shirley Decker and Gail Mullen came in first place. Kathy Golitzen and Sue Brown took second.
Aug. 28: Karol Monroe and Guy Monroe came in first place. Dorothy Case and Chuck Clark took second.
Aug. 29: First place went to Peter Mitchell and Kathy Golitzen. Jane Larson and Tom Larson came in second.
