WAIKOLOA BEACH RESORT -Meat foodies came out Friday night for the culmination of the 21st Annual Mealani’s Taste of the Hawaiian Range Friday at the Hilton Waikoloa Village.
Over 30 top chefs dazzled diners during a grazing extravaganza. Culinary stations featured heavy samples of dishes prepares using local pasture raised beef, pork, wild boar, mutton, goat and lamb.
