The Hawaii Police Department reports that at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, there will be a partial closure of Route 190 near the 28.5 mile marker in North Kona. Officials will be conducting further investigations into an earlier traffic accident. Motorists are asked to avoid this location and take alternate routes or expect delays. The road will fully reopen by 2 p.m.
