Alii Drive will be closed in the Kailua Village area this evening for the Kona Coffee Cultural Festival Lantern Parade.
The roadway will be closed from 5-7 p.m. between Kailua Pier and Hualalai Road. No parking will be permitted from 4:30-7 p.m.
The Kona Coffee Cultural Festival Lantern Parade starts at 6 p.m. and winds its way through Kailua Village with its glowing procession of light, music and color that culminates with an evening of song and dance at Hale Halawai that lasts until 9 p.m.
