Earlier this month, the hotel partnered with Kona Brewing Co. in the dining outlet. They offer a wide variety of local craft beers on draught, as well as several domestic and international favorites.
The Hilton Waikoloa culinary team is featuring a selection of Kona Tap Room dishes with local flavors. The Kona Tap Room’s menu features food-and-beer pairings showcasing its selection of craft brews, inspired by iconic Hawaii flavors.
The dining outlet is open daily from 5 p.m.-midnight.
