Don’t know why women support Trump

I read the letter to the editor, “Hold on there, Ms. Campbell” and was very surprised when I got to the end and sawthat the author was a woman. I suspected it was written by some opinionated middle aged guy who thought heknew what was best for women.

Tell me, Ms. Moore, are you in favor of shutting down Planned Parenthood? Take away the only place that womenyoung and old can go for support in education and medical support? Are you comfortable with the thought of yourpresident thinking improperly touching women is OK and something to brag about?

As far as military service, as a vet, I would prefer a president did serve his country but, unfortunately, during thedraft it wasn’t because of your party affiliation but money that decided who didn’t have to serve. Of course, manyof the rich did serve, the difference was they had a choice where the rest didn’t.

As a woman, I would have thought that compassion for a woman’s rights to her body, soul and career would be aconcern of all women and men and as a woman you would share this, but you don’t and I find that very strange.

Yes, Trump won. We to have to accept that but we don’t and won’t ever accept Trump as a truthful, moral, wisepresident who holds American values higher than his profit margin and if you and other Trumpsters still feel aspro Trump as you did during the election, your eyes are still closed. Maybe you should open them and look at themess he has started and he’s not even in office yet.

If there is a God, we need him now.
