WAIKOLOA – The Waikoloa Dry Forest Initiative held the Wiliwili Festival Saturday at Waikoloa Stables. The festival celebrated the native lowland dry forest trees of Waikoloa. The festival offered food, entertainment, educational opportunities, native plant sales, keiki activities and more.
