Margaret Hunter turned 100 years old on Friday surrounded by family and friends at Ruth’s House in Kona Palisades.
Born in Oklahoma, she moved to Kona eleven years ago.
Hunter attributes her longevity to good living and good genes. She has several relatives who lived over 100 years. “I’m tired but still going” she said.
Her secret to living to 100? she said simply “Don’t die”
