Hawaii needs help, not the refugees

With our teachers here in Hawaii being paid so poorly that we have trouble attracting them to our islands, with the schools all in need of repair and maintenance, with our roads full of potholes our state attorney general has decided this is a good time to spend $150,000 on an East Coast law firm to fight a temporary ban on refugees coming from countries whose governments are in such a mess that we have trouble vetting them.

I must admit that I have never heard of Attorney General Douglas Chin before this so I guess $150,000 was a good investment to get himself in the news but unfortunately does nothing for Hawaii.
