Island Faith Center looks at evidence for resurrection

Pastor Mary Jo Stevenson Fullen invites everyone who has pondered or rejected the existence of God to come on a journey of faith with Island Faith Center, Foursquare Church.

Starting Sunday, the church is hosting a four-week sermon series using Scriptures and video clips from the feature film “The Case For Christ.” Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. on four consecutive Sundays at the Laupahoehoe Library Humanities Room.

“The Case For Christ” movie is based on the 1980 book by Lee Strobel, an award-winning investigative journalist and avowed atheist who applies his journalistic and legal skills to disprove the Christian faith. This journey led him from skepticism to faith.
