A man died following a traffic accident this morning in Keaau, the Hawaii Fire Department said.
The accident occurred around 8 a.m. on Highway 11 at the Keaau Bypass, when a vehicle flipped on the driver side, pinning the driver partially in vehicle.
Upon arrival, responders found one male driver unresponsive with weak a pulse and massive head injury. The man was extricated from the vehicle but after which showed no signs of life.
