Results of the American Contract Bridge Club for May:
May 1: Section A first place winners are Jim Elstran and Butchie Hayward. Coming in second are Penny Kallaus and Patrick Kallaus. Section B first place winners are Walt Bobb and Sally Bobb. Dan Sabo and Marge Anderson came in second.
May 3: Penny Kallaus and Patrick Kallaus took first. Tied for second place are Chuck Clark and Jim Elstran, Shelly Hershberger and Richard Gittelman.
May 4: Coming in first were Jim Cheney and Penny Kallaus. Tied for second are Shirley Decker and Gail Mullen, Sue Brown and Chuck Clark.
May 8: North/south first place winners are Dean Jenkins and Kelly Sandulli; second, JoAn Hill and Marilyn River. East/west first place winners are Gail Buck and Dickie Motherwell. Patrick Kallaus and Penny Kallaus came in second.
May 10: Marlene Sabo and Shirley Decker took first. Stuart Vance and Peter Mitchellopolis came in second.
May 11: Coming in first were Gail Buck and Dickie Motherwell; second, Jim Cheney and Penny Kallaus.
May 14: North/south first place winners were Dean Jenkins and Shelly Hershberger. Woody Bliss and Doug Pratt took second. East/west first place winners are Penny Kallaus and Patrick Kallaus. Chuck Clark and Sue Brown came in second.
May 15: Section A winners were Penny Kallaus and Patrick Kallaus. Shirley Decker and Marlene Sabo came in second. Section B winners are Bev Jefferson and Polly Beynon. Patty Olivares and Carol Greenwell came in second.
May 17: North/south: Walt Bobb and Sally Bobb came in first place. Doug Troxel and Dee Overton took second. Winning east/west first place were Dan Sabo and Rexanne Ring. Patty Olivares and Carol Greenwell came in second.
May 18: Jim Elstran and Sue Kaneta came in first place. Tied for second were Shirley Decker and Dorothy Case
Chuck Clark and Sharon Weber.
May 22: Section A first place winners were Kathy Golitzen and Dorothy Case; second, Liz Holey and Sharon Weber. Section B first place winners were Ellie Ramsey and Polly Beynon. Taking second were Walt Bobb and Sally Bobb.
May 24: North/south first place winners were Kathy Golitzen and Peter Golitzen. Dean Jenkins and Kelly Sandulli came in second. East/west first place winners were Bev Jefferson and Gail Hadovsky. Chuck Clark and Jim Elstran came in second.
May 25: First place winners were Rexanne Ring and Dan Sabo. Dickie Motherwell and Gail Buck came in second.
May 29: Section A first place winnners were Penny Kallaus and Patrick Kallaus. Chuck Clark and Lynn Puri came in second. Section B first place winners were Lois Griffiths and Sara Ito. Sue Kaneta and Dan Sabo took second.
May 31: North/south first place winners were Richard Gittelman and Shelly Hershberger. Jane Larson and Tom Larson came in second. East/west first place winners were Chuck Clark and Jim Elstran. Kelly Sandulli and Dean Jenkins came in second.
