The Blue Zones Project hosting tour, demos
The Blue Zones Project is hosting a tour at KTA Super Stores in Waikoloa.
Come and learn how to make the healthy choice the easy choice at the KTA Store Tour. Alea Schecher, will be giving a tour and a cooking demo. Tour is from 4-6 p.m. on Tuesday. Register by emailing Sue Dela Cruz at BlueZonesProject-NorthHawaii@sharecare.com.
On Aug. 12, from 7 a.m.-1 p.m., the Blue Zones Project celebrates National Farmers Market Day at Kamuela Farmers Market in Waimea.
During the market, there will be a cooking and gardening demo.
On Aug. 24, from 5-7 p.m., the Blue Zones Project will host a cooking demo at Honokaa Public Library.
During the demo, attendees will learn how to make the healthy choice the easy choice. Gayle Yogi will be giving a cooking demo. Register by emailing bzp.northhawaii@gmail.com.
