From 4:30-6:40 p.m. on Aug 20, the public is invited to join the monthly event at Honokaa People’s Theatre. Ecstatic Dance is a space safe for free form movement with no judgment.
August dance proceeds will be donated to Pohaha I Ka Lani, a nonprofit that is the steward of Koaekea in Waipio Valley. For the past 15 years, Pohaha I Ka Lani has offered weekly educational programs to allow participants to learn the stories of the valley.
