Rat lungworm talk confirmed for Thursday

A free presentation on advances in research and education on rat lungworm disease caused by Angiostrongylus cantonensis will be given at 7 p.m. Sept. 21 at North Hawaii Education and Research Center in Honokaa.

The guest speaker will be Kay Howe, who works with the Dr. Jarvi Lab and the Hawaii Island Rat Lungworm Working Group at the Daniel K. Inouye College at the University of Hawaii at Hilo.
