Pair of job fairs in Hilo

The Hawaii County Workforce Development Board is pleased to invite job seekers to attend its fourth annual Job Fair and Job Readiness Workshop, hosted by the Big Island Workplace Connection (BIWC), a proud partner of the American Job Center.

The Job Readiness Workshop assists participants to prepare for the job fair by offering guidance on resume writing, interviewing skills, properly completing an application and instruction on dressing for success. For easy access and portability of new and updated resumes, participants will need to provide their own jump drive.

The first fair will be 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Oct. 17 at Aunty Sally’s Luau Hale and at the same time Oct. 26 at Edith Kanaka’ole Tennis Stadium.
