FOLK book sale Saturday

The Friends of the Libraries, Kona holds its next book sale from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturday on the Kailua-Kona Public Library lanai.

As always, volunteers are welcome and book donations are accepted at the library.

Kona Stories nonfiction book club meets Tuesday

Kona Stories hosts a travel book club discussing “Grandma Gatewood’s Walk” by Ben Montgomery on Tuesday.

The group meets at 6:30 p.m. at the store. Book groups are free if books are purchased at Kona Stories, or a $5 donation is requested.
