This Friday from 5:30-7:30 p.m., the Honokaa Business Association will host the annual holiday celebration on Mamane Street. Holiday songs will be performed by the Kamehameha Preschoolers, Seniors Club, Ka Hale Ona Keiki Preschoolers, Waldorf School students and the Hawaiian Cultural Center of Hamakua Halau.
Santa, Buddy the Elf, Herbie the Love Bug and County Councilwoman Valerie Souza Poindexter will carol through Honokaa. A tree lighting is scheduled at 6:30 p.m.
