As the first in an on-going series, residents 60 years of age and older can explore the challenges and opportunities of approaching aging with compassion and mindfulness at a workshop from 2-5 p.m. this Sunday at The Temple at Kokolulu Farm in Hawi.

Facilitated by Karin Cooke, RN, and life coach Carolyn Mondress, the on-going series will explore feelings about diminishing capacities, as well as gifts of aging in a safe environment. The workshop is $15 per person, or $25 per couple.
