WAIMEA — This year, all proceeds from Parker School’s annual Lovefest concert will benefit United for Puerto Rico, in support of Puerto Rican disaster recovery.

Beginning at 6 p.m. Feb. 13 at the Parker School Theatre, performances will include local band Lorenzo’s Army and guitarist-singer-songwriter Logan Martin. In addition, Parker School’s chorus, acting and scene study class, dance technique class and the International Thespian Society will perform.

“Any donation amount will be accepted for entry. The community is invited to attend to make a difference and support a great cause,” Riley Herendeen said, Parker School’s student body president.

Although a goal has not been set, the students hope to raise $2,000 through t-shirt sales and donations that night.
