KAILUA-KONA — Motorists should expect delays on Sunday at Kuakini Highway’s intersection with Sea View Circle as county crews repair the intersection’s traffic signal controller.

The Department of Public Works Traffic Division will be conducting repairs between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., weather permitting. The traffic signals at the intersection will be shutdown during the work to allow the crews to safely make repairs to the wiring and controller cabinet.

Off-duty police officers will direct traffic at the intersection. Motorists are advised to expect delays and to drive with caution.
