WAIMEA —​ ​Kanu o ka ‘Aina New Century Public Charter School celebrated the graduation of six students on Friday.

The school’s La Ho’opuka Kula ceremony featured a keynote address by David Clarke, executive director of Nalukai Academy.

Graduates were​ Ariana Ruth Leimakamae Velasco, Hayden Ryelee Morgan, Johnna Marie Kahilo Wainohia Marsh, Laine Alexander Kalani Jose, Braedyn Jonah ‘Iolani Brighter and Noah Alexander Kahokuha’aha’amaikalani Akana-Dizol.​
