Benedict Purell of Kamuela graduated with a BA in political science/international relations from Carleton College at its 144th Commencement exercises June 9 in Northfield, Minnesota, 45 miles south of Minneapolis/Saint Paul.
Purell is the child of Kevin Frank and Melora Purell.
