At 5:30 p.m. July 30, James Land will lead a two-hour GoGracefully workshop at North Kohala Public Library designed to discover meaning and deepen values in both living and dying. Land is a certified end-of-life doula, hospice volunteer and former paramedic. The free talk will include a free gift for all participants.

Land is offering three workshops total. The second, “Healing relationships through Hooponopono & creatively communicating our legacy while we are still alive” is scheduled at the library Aug. 27. The final workshop, titled “Communicating our final wishes using do-it-yourself legal services,” will be on Sept. 24
