KAILUA-KONA — A juvenile and two adults were arrested were arrested this week after detectives with the Hawaii Police Department’s Juvenile Aid and VICE sections executed a search warrant in Waimea.

to a property on the 65-1300 block of Paepuu Place in Kamuela.

During the search of property on the 65-1300 block of Paepuu Place, officers arrested and charged the juvenile male, whi was wanted on an outstanding all-points bulletin and bench warrant.

Two adults were also taken into custody. One, 48-year-old Felicia Bissell, was arrested and charged for second-degree custodial interference, allowing unlicensed driver to operate a motor vehicle, second-degree hindering prosecution, and false reporting accident.

The other, Justin Murray, was arrested and released pending investigation for unrelated drug offenses.
