KAILUA-KONA — Police are asking for the public’s located a man wanted for outstanding arrest warrants.
Curtis Brown, 25, is described as being 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighing 145 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He has no permanent address, but is known to frequent Pahoa and other lower Puna areas, according to the Hawaii Police Department.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact Officer Davy Kamalii at 965-2716 or the department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311.
