Patients visiting the emergency room at North Hawaii Community Hospital now through early 2020 must enter from the front entrance. Signage is placed throughout the campus to help redirect visitors. All parking near the front entrance is now designated for patients and visitors only. Visitors to the Lucy Henriques building can continue to enter through that building.

The new emergency room is expected to open sometime in 2020.
