KAILUA-KONA — Hawaii Island police have identified the woman who died from injuries suffered in a two-vehicle crash Nov. 11 on the Daniel K. Inouye Highway.

The victim was identified as 23-year-old Keslyn E. Tulensru of Hilo, according to the Hawaii Police Department. The crash occurred near mile marker 21.

This was the 28 traffic fatality on Big Island public roads this year compared with 30 at this time last year.
