Waimea Arts Council will hold its annual art show and sale, “Affordable Art at Exceptional Prices,” this Wednesday through Dec. 30 at the Firehouse Gallery in Waimea. All art is created by local artists.

Works will be at affordable prices from $2.50 to $250, including original paintings, drawings, creation in wood, photography, jewelry, prints and cards. The back gallery will feature oil paintings by local artists Terry Bensch and Norma Watt; oil paintings, watercolor or pastel by Marie Kinchla; paintings, photography or wood tables by Pat Dinsman and photography by Peter French.

This Saturday, the gallery will open at 9 a.m. and remain open throughout the Waimea Twilight Christmas Parade until 8 p.m. Coffee, cocoa and cookies will be available.
