Christmas mailing dates announced
The U.S. Postal Service is providing suggested holiday mailing dates specific to Hawaii, news on extended holiday services, information about convenient self-service options, and holiday mailing tips.
The Postal Service’s suggested mailing dates are Dec. 6 for first-class and priority mail headed to international and overseas military destinations, and Dec. 17 for first-class and priority mail headed to the mainland. Procrastinators have until Dec. 20 to send their holiday cheer to the mainland via expedited priority express shipping service.
Mail sent in Hawaii should be in by Dec. 21 for first class, or Dec. 22 for priority express.
