Gymnastics in Waimea
A new program offered in Waimea gives kids ages 3-6 the opportunity to take gymnastics classes. Skills on the balance beam, bars, vaulting and floor tumbling will be taught in a fun, safe environment.
Tiny Tots will accommodate ages 3-4 along with a family member to assist on Mondays, 3-3:45 p.m. Kindergym is an hour class from 4-5 p.m. for ages 5 and 6. Classes are held on Mondays starting Jan. 7 at the New Hope Fellowship Gymnasium in Waimea. Veteran U.S.G.F. instructor and P&R specialist Karen Kalena Zindric heads the program.
