WAIKOLOA — Waikoloa keiki and their parents had a windy day of fun Saturday at the 14th annual Waikoloa Lions Christmas parade followed by the annual Keiki Christmas Festival. The Lions enjoyed picking parade prize winners for best decorated float, best decorated bicycle and cutest doggie. There were lots of pirouetting and karate moves, and Santa arrived stylin’ in his red sports convertible.

After the parade, the Waikoloa Elementary School was filled with residents enjoying games, hot dogs, juices and entertainment, all free for the keiki. There were numerous food and craft tables, and two lucky tykes won shiny new bicycles.
