Holiday giving tree at Club Rehab
Club Rehab in Kainaliu is asking for learning toy, learning activity, and money donations for the Kealakekua library for Christmas 2018. Donations will help create the discovery bag program at the library, starting in 2019, where kids 0-12 years old can check out themed discovery bags, just like a book. Inside each bag there will be toys, puzzles, and other kids activities related to that bag’s theme, helping make learning fun and interactive.
To donate to this program, visit the Kealakekua Club Rehab clinic location and select an ornament from the giving tree. A sample discovery bag can be found at the location, too. Donations are accepted through Jan. 4, 2019, and the discovery bag program will begin later that month.
