Belmu McNamee

Belmu McNamee, 58 of Honokaa, died March 6, 2019, at Queen’s Medical Center. Born March 12, 1960, in Marshall Islands, she was a homemaker and member of King’s Chapel Honokaa.

Services at Ballard Family Mortuary Hilo, 570 Kinoole St. on April 5. Viewing at 10 a.m., service at 11 a.m.

Survived by daughters, Leilani (Quizney Robert) McNamee of Honokaa, two step-daughters; hanai sons, Tommy (Malia) Young of Hilo, Terry Young of Hilo; brothers, Vincent (Mina) Anjain of Sacramento; sister, Mairine (Marshall Helyes) Anjain of Marshall Islands; four grandchildren; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Scott Davidson

Scott Alexander Davidson, 61, of Kailua-Kona, died Feb. 20, 2019, at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Oakland, Calif., on April 2, 1957, he was a mechanic, charter fisherman and boat captain.

A celebration of life will be held at 3 p.m. April 6 at the Big Game Fishing Clubhouse at Honokohau Harbor in Kailua-Kona. The family requests casual attire and flowers are welcome.

Survived by sisters, Elizabeth Snyder of Captain Cook and Carolynn Martin of Ocean View; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Rodney Keaweehu-Kaehuaea

Rodney Kaliko Keaweehu-Kaehuaea, 35, of Hilo died March 16, 2019, at the Waianae Coast Comprehensive Care Center. Born in Honolulu, he was a music production manager and member of local bands such as One Rhythm, The Steppas, and Maoli.

Friends may call 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 7 at Dodo Mortuary chapel; funeral service at 10. Cremation to follow. Casual attire.

He is survived by daughters, Kaile-Ann Keaweehu and Ky-Mani Rose Keaweehu of Hilo; hanai daughter, Chelsey-Ann Kalua of Honolulu; hanai sons, Dominic Williams and Atapana Keaweehu of Hilo; parents, Rodney and Sarah-Ann Keaweehu of Hilo; sisters, Luika (Pono) Kane and Kaunaoa (Kalton) Punahele of Honolulu, Anela (Wendell) Kalua of Hilo; brother, Noah (Angela) Keaweehu of Hilo; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Harriet Willis

Harriet Leilani Willis, 77, of Hilo, died March 5, 2019, at Hilo Medical Center. Born Jan. 4, 1942, in Kohala, she worked as a cook at Waimanu Grill and as a cashier at Sida Taxi.

Services to be held April 8 at Ballard Family Mortuary Hilo 570 Kinoole St. Service at 9 a.m., visitation at 10 a.m, and burial at 1 p.m. at Homelani Cemetery.

Survived by spouse, Sefo Leafi Satele; daughters, Marshelle (Tony) Willis, Jody-Ann (Francis) Camacho, Alanette Moananu, Allison (Angel) Matos; brothers Edward (Charlene) Kema, Charles (Cynthia) Kema both of Honolulu; sisters Sheila (Jim Nicholson) Enos of Honolulu, Donna (Jesse) Anthony of Kentucky, Veronica Kema of Honolulu; a sister-in-law, nine grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
