Pahala man wanted on no-bail warrant found in Ka‘u

KAILUA-KONA — A Pahala man, wanted on a no-bail warrant, was found Tuesday, officials confirmed this morning.

According to Hawaii Police, 38-year-old Douglas Kawika Louis was apprehended without incident at Punaluʻu Beach Park in Kaʻu at about 7 a.m.

He was arrested and charged for parole revocation, then taken to the Hawaii Community Correctional Center where he awaits a hearing to be set by the Hawaii Paroling Authority.
